Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If the issue is a production or fulfillment error, we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.

2. Lost in Transit

If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve it.

3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or a package is unclaimed and returned, reshipping costs apply. Returned packages that remain unclaimed may be donated after 30 days.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags/packaging (if included)

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Once the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for sealed hygiene items (such as face masks) once unsealed.

6. How to Request Help

Before returning anything, contact FlavorJamz support with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (for damaged/defective items)

Do not send returns without approval.
